What is the process for finding and reserving a Vacation Rental?
For searching available properties, we recommend Vacation Home Rentals.  When you find your vacation rental, read the terms of service before reserving.  Most properties require 50% of the rental fee upon reservation.  There is normally a refundable security deposit, also due upon reservation, of $100 to $200.  The balance of the rental fee is usually due about two weeks in advance of usage.  Again, this is the most common rental agreement.  Make sure you understand all of the requirements for your property prior to booking.
